Sleeveless sheer shawl with fringe

Dark blue sleeveless shawl with fringe lining. Sheer. One size. Hangs over shoulders instead of having arm holes. Can use as scarf as well. Beautiful floral and symmetrical design. The back has a couple small snags as seen in last picture, otherwise great condition.
