Sleeveless popover dress

This is a super cute sleeveless dress with a drop waist in a pretty blue and white print. There’s a side zip under the left arm. It measures approximately 39” long and the bust is 24”. Note those measurements because they seem a bit small to me depending upon your body shape. It is NWT, 100% cotton and labeled 3X. It has a heavier feel than summer weight dresses and it not see through at all. You could wear this dress anywhere!
