Sleeveless peplum style patterned shirt

This shirt I bought from Tobi a few years back, it was always a little big on me, as I sized up and it’s meant to be oversized, but it only been worn a few times. It’s got buttons on the front bodice portion, and then a flowy bottom part. Slight wear at the base of the straps (pictured).
