Sleeveless hooded romper

Custom made by Coquetry Clothing size medium with 3" inseam. Main fabric is blue lightning, inside of hood is colorful smoke. There is some light pilling on the back waist but not super noticeable. worn once to a music festival. Great for any festival, rave, concert, or as a costume!
