Sleeveless chambray dress, Size 4

Ruffled sleeveless chambray dress by B. Smart. Size 4. Measurements in photos, 13” at waist when flat but has elastic, 33.5” shoulder to hem. Buttons up the front. Machine wash cold. Line dry. Will throw in the belt if you want it (not selling it separately as it’s a little sticky because it’s not real leather.) It wasn’t part of the original dress. I’m 5’4” 125 lbs, size 29 waist, small top, 34DDD.
