Sleeveless business dress

Flattering fully lined pencil dress by Liz Claiborne in a very dark navy that is almost black. I'm wearing black shoes in the picture. It has a light white cross hatch pattern on it when you see the fabric up close. There is a matching fabric belt. The tag lists it as a 10 petite, but I am 5'6" and it comes down to my knee, so I don't know what is is more like a regular.
