Sleeveless blouse with peter pan collar and

Sweet blouse with soft pink and navy blue pattern (similar to houndstooth) with white peter pan collar, a little keyhole and bow in the center, and straps to tie in the back. Upper back zipper and stretchy rouching around the back of the waist. Soft, silky feel. Size medium. Tag says dry clean only but I've hand washed it in cold water a few times with no problems.
