This jewel is 70% Rayon 27% Polyester and 3% Spandex. It feels great and is lightweight. There was a straight skirt that came with it (long gone). It is very versatile. Measurements: 14” across shoulder seam 18” across chest at armpit seams 16.5” at waist 20” at the bottom of peplum 25” from top of collar to bottom hem
