Sleeveless Tie Blouse

Pretty sleeveless tie blouse in a vibrant royal blue color by American City Wear. This top has been gently preloved, but has lots of life in it still. The only call out I could see was there is a bit of pilling in the under arm areas that are not noticeable when wearing. The measurements are shown in the photos and are approximate due to the nature of the garment: Pit to pit: 16" (Laying flat) Length: 23.5" (from top of shoulder to bottom hem)
