Sleeveless Tangerine Skater Dress

This vibrant tangerine dress hugs the waist beautifully. It's from Target's Mossimo collection. It has been worn only once or twice and is like new. Although the fit is comfortble, the style sweet, and the color fun, it has remained hanging in my closet virtually unworn.
