Sleeveless Open Back Mini Dress

Hot pink open sleeveless mini dress! Bought and missed return window, just a little too small for me. Size says S but I would say this runs small and would fit XS better. I am normally a 4/27/S, 5' 7" and 140 lbs and found this to be a little tight/short. Wish it worked bc its such a cute dress! NWT!!
