Sleeveless Maxi Dress / Swimsuit Cover

This can used as a maxi dress or a swim suit cover. Very comfortable. I’m 5’7” and it flows to the ground. Tag says XL, but I normally wear s/m so this is really a one size fits most. Top part is black. Chevron stripes are navy blue, turquoise, and a peachy orange
