Sleeveless Dress

Cotton top part that is form fitting and comfortable and the bottom is a silk material. Dress is lined and the bottom flares out a little bit. It has a silk black belt that came with it that I do not have. You could cut the belt strings off or use one that you have if you have one. I wore this dress to 2 summer weddings with black strap heels. Dress hits below knee so its elegant and could also be worn to work.
