@tldornburg From bottom of armpit to bottom of armpit across the chest is 13". From center of collar to bottom is 14". I'll try to attach 2 new pics showing measurements.

@kake232 it's Basix II. It's a Saks Private label. Full disclosure: The labeled has a line marked thru it with black marker.
I worked for the Saks Fifth Avenue Distribution Center. There was a store in it, but they were required to deface the labels.
