donnaadonis1 @sookkim4 Hi!!! The flat measure in the front is approx 20" inches across armpit seams. The beige decorative bib in the front&back cause the snugger structure on a fuller figure with C/D cup. It is very roomy if smaller frame individual. Hope this helps.

donnaadonis1 Adding the measure for the bibbed area hits approximately 34"bust a 36" bust would struggle with the long design in front/back. Fabric is flowing but not stretchy. Feels more like a lightweight linen.
