tiasilver @disneygurl3000 the skirt can for sure. The top is tight. It has a lace up ability but I found the arm holes and sleeves to be the smallest part. I don’t think it will be able to fit anyone about a size 4 (maybe a 6 but it would be tight)

tiasilver @meepermeeps no visible damage. The bottom of the skirt has some slight fraying but it has been cleaned at the dry cleaners so no dirt or anything. The skirt has some stretch but the top is small. The arm holes are very tiny. I had my size XS and S performers wear this costume. A medium *could* fit but it would be tight.
