schmoo826 - what condition would you say this is in? - any stains, discoloration, fading, pilling, runs, holes, catches, snags, loose stitching, damage, wear or other flaws?

marjorie86 @schmoo826 there's a little bit of wear and peeling to the flannel but that's normal with most flannel materials. With the waist band of this lighter pair there are tiny stains. (I'm not sure how they got there due receiving them this way.) they are extremely soft though. Condition is good.
