this dress looks and feels amazing! The cotton blend is so soft and smooth and almost has a sheen to it. it's honestly luxurious! a perfect neutral background for accessories. EUC with maybe just a bit of wear at the belt holes. belt looks and feels like braided leather but I'm not positive on that. measurements in pics. maxi length pet friendly and non smoking home
