Sleek Long Shirt/Short Dress

Black shiny open back v-neck shirt/dress that scrunches in the middle. I bought it for a black & white party and wore it as a dress however after that experience I would advise wearing leggings/tights with it if you're gonna do that, otherwise it would make a nice shirt.
