Slate and Willow black and blue high low full gown

This is a high low gown with black v neck top with spaghetti strap crossing in back. The skirt is a taffeta-like fabric that has black and blue large horizontal stripes. The skirt is lined with a black nylon fabric It falls from large pleats at the waist and falls full. So elegant! It is a former rent the runway item that has been altered to correct for a tear in the skirt. I sewed a seam all around on the lowest stripe which isn’t noticeable. Great way to own an expensive designer gown ($225) for a lot less!
