Skylar and Jade Floral Dress

This is such a whimsical little dress! Perfect for spring! Navy blue, decorated with flowers in rosey pinks and pale blues, with little green leaves. It is sleeveless, latches around the neck, and hangs loosely. The chest is a ribbed texture and the skirt is pleated. It is super stretchy and flowy throughout, very comfortable and very classy. This is obviously pretty short on me (I am 5'7), could be worn as a dress or as a top with jeans or leggings! Never worn apart from try-on.
