Skye’s The Limit Green High-Low Tassel Dress. I tried to show with my photos that the top portion is intricate, the dress itself is made of a very soft and almost velvet-like material. It is not form-fitting and the tassels along the bottom are more like puffs. It has never been worn aside from trying it on. Very pretty Olive drab or army green.
