This pretty dress starts out with the very deep black blue. The fringe, for the most part is that color, and it extends out over the pale, aqua and gray of the remainder of the dress. We have bow sleeps. This is either a very super mini or a tunic top. Understand that, this top hits mid at the bus line so you can add another six or 7 inches to that length measurement to make up for it. There are no fabric tags, but my guess is caught in spandex, possibly rayon spandex.
