Bariano Australia Gown in sky blue, tag says US 6 but fits like a 4. Open back with half peplum in front and draping. Gown has not been altered at all. I am 5'4 and wore 5 inch heels with the gown and it sat perfectly on the ground without Needing to alter.

prettypearlsthe @jen419o it's my sisters gown and I will sell it for her. The dress is a one size fits most up to size 8. The tag says XXS, this is how the designer created the gown. The gown is a deep navy blue.
