autumn_boutique @rodneysgirl89 It’s 28” from the bib part. However, the straps are adjustable, so you could make it a little longer/shorter. It is a loose fitting dress and corduroy material. I’ve worn on once and got lots of compliments and it washed really nice. Hope this helps!
