ninnnnaa Hi! I recently bought a pair just like this, but when you bend the shoe (as if walking) the rubber on the sides of the shoes are completely detached :( Is there any wear on these shoes specifically the rubber/soles attached? Thanks so much!!!

maliceinwonder @ninnnnaa oh no!! That's awful and I'm so sorry that's happened to you. I've worn these a few times, but never had anything like that happen. There's very little wear to the bottom, but they're definitely very attached and I never felt them coming loose when I wore them out and about.

ninnnnaa @maliceinwonder Thank you!! I’m also wondering how I might be able to remove the heel pad residue, I’ve never used heel pads or had shoes with them so I honestly would not know how to remove it without ruining the shoes 😅

maliceinwonder @ninnnnaa honestly I think it will rub off after a few wears, it's just the grey adhesive that's similar to fashion tape
