Skulls Hot topic L - XL sheer Polka dot tie top

Hard to find pretty much obsolete never seen another one. Bought in early 2000’s hence price yet it’s still like new, barely worn. Size large but it will stretch to xl. Black with polka dots as well as some them being skulls. From distance you can’t tell it’s skulls it all just seems like white dots. Very cute on. Wear it loose or tight depending on your size.
