Skulls Flowy Vest S by Sunny Girl / Modcloth

Originally from Modcloth. Never worn - couldn't quite figure out how to style it. It's a vest but you could probably try tying it, although not sure if it's made for that. Material is polyester, pretty thin but not see-through. Would make a fun Halloween layer.
