Skull top and skater skirt set

Has nice seguined Skull that says shout out and black bottom skater skirt , has elastic waist band on skirt, see thru a little on top( you can wear likea short top underneath) and see thru long sleeves. Both are Size 4 XL .Never worn. 48 accross waist and top sleeves are 25 long
