Skull shamrock tee

Skull shamrock tee. No tags, altered t-shirt. Neck and sleeves cut. Model; 5' 6", 120 lbs There is a tiny lift/peel about the size of a ball point pen tip. I think this is a vinyl decal/iron-on so maybe placing a piece of paper over it and ironing might help.
