There is nothing wrong with this item. The size on the bottom of the shoe says 43 European, so that means it's an 11 in U. S, but it does fit a little small. All my stuff comes from a pet friendly home. I try my best to keep the animal hair off my items. If there are some, I'm sorry, but if you have a problem with it, then don't buy my stuff. Thank you!
