Skull butterfly skirt / top! 🖤

🖤Skull butterfly / skull moth design, this piece functions as a top or a skirt! I’ve worn it both ways and it’s cute either way. 🖤It is a little longer on the top than shown in the pictures, in order to have it stay on the hanger I had to fold it over a little.
