Skull Halter Top

Ties around the neck and mid back. Top is made to be cropped, but if you are short, it may sit lower. The bottom of the top features skulls and is very eye-catching. Yarn has a sparkle to it. Comes with a removeable tie in between the bust; can be adjusted to accommodate whatever mood you are in that day! Machine washable and dryable. Top measures 28" around, not including the back ties. Smoke-free and pet friendly home. All handmade items are new and never used. I wash them once to check for loose ends.
