Skull Doggie Collar

This collar has only been worn once or twice by my toy poodle. And it’s relaxed state the collar is approximately 3 inches in diameter at the opening but easily stretched to accommodate a slightly larger neck. It is black and white and features white skulls. Perfect for Halloween time.
