@khararae I wish I knew! I searched for a fabric care tag, even between the lining and the skirt, but nothing. I also liked online & couldn't find info. It's a beautiful, substantial fabric, like a very lightweight upholstery fabric. maybe a cotton/acetate blend? or a lightweight cotton duck? maybe a little silk in there, too? These are my best guessed. The lining appears to be a fine gage cotton, very soft.
