Skirtin Around skirt

This beautiful skirt is in good condition. There are pulls in the ribbon around the waist and one mark that can be seen in the pictures. The flat measurement for the waist is 14.5” and the length is 21.5”. The outer shell is 100 cotton and the inner lining is acetate. Ref#785
