Skirted swim capri in bright fuchsia

Skirted swim capri in bright fuchsia. size 24. I love the style but it is too big for me and I didn't want to pay the return shipping. Has attached surplice skirt with shirring, elasticized waist, 17 in inseam, chlorine-resistant nylon/xtra life-lycra spandex. It did not come with a liner in the crotch. I have worn it to walk on the beach but it has not been in the ocean or pool.
