Skirt,dark chocolate brown w/L sequins

women's lapis (full twirle) skirt dark chocolate brown with large copper colored sequins about the size of pennies. side zip closure. the outer layer is 100% cotton and the lining is polyester. it does say dry clean only I'm sure that's for the sequins.W 29 in (about) the lining is nice, I did not see any tears.
