Skirt 'ugly' Christmas Vintage High Waist

This stunning vintage Christmas skirt is the perfect addition to any Holiday. Although it is not ugly, it would be a sophisticated addition to an ugly christmas party. Good condition with no notable flaws other than 2 storage marks as noted in last 2 photos. Please see photos for measurements as there is no size.
