Gorgeous colors used on this hand tie-dyed by me skirt. Lightweight breathable flowy cotton gauze. It has an elasticized waist with a lace embroidered detail at the center and ties. Ruffle at the bottom. fully lined. It has been washed but please wash first time by hand to make sure all the dye is out.
