Skirt set

Cute crop top and midi length skirt from target. Purchased last summer and barely worn. The top is a little too big and unfortunately straps cannot be adjusted. Someone with sewing skills could easily fix it! Elastic waist. Pretty green color. See pictures for approximate measurements.
