Skirt one size Halloween costume party hand made. Made by me! Fitting for any time but especially wonderful for all the Halloween parties! Very full skirt with ric rac trim at the hem and a grosgrain ribbon drawstring waist to enable the wearer to custom size it. It’s 2 yards of fabric so it will accommodate most waist sizes. This skirt is lined. It measures approximately 19” long and would hit above the knee.
