Skirt and jacket Hearts of Palm outfit, perfect for summer.

If you know Hearts of Palm, you know their quality. This is a very unique shirt and jacket. Black with embroidery and lining. Skirt has beadwork at the hem. Skirt has a zipper, but also a bit of elastic at each side so there's a little give. It is a size 8, and fit me perfectly. I am 5'3", skirt comes to about 3 inches above my ankle.
