Vintage Skirt and Top Set

SIZE: 8 Black floral on a white background (6) button down 100% rayon blouse. Round cased collar and left chest pocket. Sleeves are cuffed and full. SIZE: 6 Skirt has drop waist and gathered around hip with 2" W gathered elastic waistband. Was purchased as a set separately.
