Skirt - XS Zara

This is a white high-waisted skirt with flounced hem from Zara Woman with exposed silver hardware at the back (pictured) in size XS. It may be XS but it is lose for me. It’s a thick material. For reference, I am 4’11” 30D (32C) 24/25in waist, 35in hips. Clothes are washed and clean.
