Skirt~ Black with Blue Roses 💙

Skirt is super girly and flirty! The material is all black with a pattern of mini bouquets in shades of blue, turquoise, and greenish turquoise w/ white, colored roses. Very lightweight material helps keep you cool in the summer, but for winter I suggest wearing tights and pairing a cute cardigan with it! I love all of the crinkles, etc.they're what give the skirt so much movement! 😉🥰
