Skirt

This is a lovely light weight A line fully lined skirt by Kim Rogers sold by Belk stores. It is black background with gray , aqua and soft green leaves. A very flowing look. . Very cute Has open pleats at bottom of skirt that has dots also in same colors on black background It has a 2 inch wide waist band. Measurement 38" all way around. It would sit nicely on the upper hips. It is 26" long Zipper in the back
