38 in from top to bottom and across is 14 1\2 in so, 29 in around waist

@daphnehouze Thanks for very helpful info. Guess this skirt is much smaller in waist than other comparable EB sz 12 skirts I've seen. I WISH my waist was that small!!

@suzzette_v me too! Maybe there is a little more I just doubled the measurement across. I don't think I was ever that small, perhaps there is a little wiggle room?
