Good condition overall, with the following that most people wouldn't mind IMO but it's only fair to mention. One picture shows two small areas of wear, both a 1/2 inches or less. Another picture of the bottom shows some staining. One of the smaller pockets has some staining. All zippers work. We loved this bag. Lots of pockets and storage. Very functional. With box about 3.5 lbs
