Skinny Skinny Ankle-Zip Size 25 Madelwell Jeans. 93% Cotton, 6% Polyester and 1% Spandex, has a nice stretch. Inseam 28", front rise 7-1/2", leg/hem opening 4-1/2", Ankle-Zipper each side 7". Feathered front below pockets, front legs faded. Slight faded all over pants and belt areas, factory and wear. Rear end & pockets slightly faded. Waist laying flat 27" and hip 32“, with a slight stretch.

The Jean laying flat in the pics is the actual pants and it shows pretty much the condition, you can enlarge the pics for a close up now, the description in the listing is pretty actuate. joet111 Wanted to check waist measurement....description says 27 laying flat and the size says 25...I have never bought this brand will it fit a 27 waist?

alohatome @joet111 Aloha Lynn, yes the size is 25, the actual waist measurement is 27“, I took a picture for you with the tape measurement, see last picture. The hip measurements is 32“. If you are 27“ in the waist, keep in mind that there is still slight stretch. Mahalo and Aloha.
